Our background includes over 300 nationally broadcast TV episodes including the internationally acclaimed Canadian series, ZeD (CBC); dozens of websites dating back to 1995 including the pioneer urban culture website Café Los Negroes; over seven thousand international short films screened (700+ licensed); curation at 3 international and Academy Accredited Film Festivals, and over 400 stylish original performances produced, covering music to comedy to dance. CEO/Founder: McLean Mashingaidze-Greaves

Described by the Toronto Star as a "something of a CBC wunderkind" and as a "techno whiz kid" by FFWD magazine, MMG brings an original perspective to cross-platform media, leveraging a unique mix of software, broadcast and print experience.

As executive producer of the groundbreaking interactive nightly CBC series, ZeD, MMG was the driving creative force behind a revolutionary format that landed 5 Gemini nominations in its inaugural season as well as selection in the prestigious 2003 INPUT TV conference (Denmark) and 2 Leo Awards (including Best Variety Show). His second season followed up with more acclaim including Gemini, Webby and a prestigious Emmy® nomination for Advanced Media. Season three landed four Gemini nominations and a Media Person Of The Year nomination at the Western Canadian Music Awards. Most recently, MMG created and executive produced Burning To Shine, an intimate documentary on the rapper K-OS collaborating with the CBC Radio Orchestra.

The NIMBLE Company signals MMG's return into new media entrepreneurialism, after producing 300+ episodes of music, variety & interactive public broadcasting. Prior to his recent foray in television, MMG was an internet content pioneer in New York City where, as founder of the urban dotcom company VMI, he was twice selected as a Silicon Alley "cyber star" by the Village Voice and Virtual City magazines. His new media work has drawn positive reviews from the likes of The New Yorker, Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, Wired and Crain's Business Weekly. Former clients include filmmaker Spike Lee, music mogul Sean "P-Diddy" Combs and media giant Time Warner. MMG's NYC days also included stints as VP of Content at HBO's Volume.com, Associate New Media Editor at PAPER magazine and contributor to Essence, Vibe, BET Weekend & The Source magazines. As a guest lecturer, MMG has presented at the 2005 PBS Technology Conference, Western Canadian Music Awards, New York University, Columbia University School of Business, Pratt Institute and more.

Director of Business Development/Social Responsibility & co-founder: Sue Biely

As one of Canada's leading buyers of short films, Sue Biely ran the Acquisitions department of the late night alternative arts CBC TV series ZeD since 2002. Responsible for screening over seven thousand shorts, Sue combined solid management skills, cutting-edge licensing strategies for both digital and traditional platforms, and great taste to build an acclaimed inventory of 700+ short films from around the globe including have the acumen to secure the broadcast premiere of Academy Award winning short film Ryan before it actually received the award. The Canadian Film Channels Project Director Shane Smith says Sue "is a passionate advocate for short films and her detailed knowledge of the short film industry is sought after by filmmakers and festivals the world over." Sue has participated in over 20 film festivals including 8 overseas, serving as a buyer, international juror, panelist, curator in various countries including the UK, USA, Spain, France, Ireland and Australia.

Sue also Associate Produced the low budget 13-part adventure travel reality series The Great Race which has aired over 50 times on CTV and CTV Travel. In addition, she headed the Development department at British Columbia Film where she supported regional talent in creating TV series, features, and documentaries.

Sue is a sought after speaker and consultant, having lectured at a number of universities and conducted workshops for industry producers.

Director of Cross-Media Production & co-founder: Sudha Krishna

As seasoned TV journalist with over 10 years experience, Sudha Krishna rose through the ranks of CBC to become the senior producer of the acclaimed CBC TV late night series, ZeD, inspiring The Link newspaper to exclaim "his story is an inspiration not just to budding journalists, but to all people interested in a career in the media." In his senior producer role, Sudha supervised a crew of 45 creative professionals ranging from camera operators, studio engineers, producers, on-air talent, and post -production editors. He was also responsible for managing the logistics of a complex cross-platform production that included delivering daily interactive episodes (100+ a season), a homegrown Java-based content management system/web site and up to 300 user-generated uploads a day, many of which were ported to television.

Previously, Sudha was the Arts and Culture Correspondent for CBC Television in Western Canada. In that role, he produced and filed stories for a variety of network programs including The National, Play, Canada Now and Newsworld.

He also wrote, researched, hosted, directed and produced a special CBC documentary during the 2003 Salt Lake City Olympic games and two live 3-hour election specials during the 2000 Federal Election. Further, Sudha has considerable on-air experience, having filed 2,000+ stories as news and current affairs During the past two years, Sudha was deeply involved in cross-platform initiatives at CBC, particularly ZeD where he oversaw logistics for several new media deployments.
